SwapFellow is committed to helping prevent money laundering, terrorism financing, sanctions violations, and other illicit activity.
1. Our role
SwapFellow provides a front-end interface to third-party exchange services. We do not custody user funds. Transaction processing and compliance workflows may be performed by integrated exchange providers.
2. Compliance principles
- Zero tolerance for unlawful financial activity.
- Risk-based controls and abuse prevention at the platform level.
- Cooperation with legitimate law-enforcement requests where legally required.
3. Prohibited activity
- Money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion.
- Fraud, theft, extortion, ransomware, or proceeds of crime activity.
- Use of stolen accounts, false identities, or deceptive practices.
- Any use that violates applicable anti-financial-crime laws.
4. Restricted jurisdictions
Access may be blocked in jurisdictions restricted by law, sanctions programs, or provider-level policy requirements.
5. Monitoring and enforcement
We may apply abuse detection, block suspicious access, and restrict service availability where we identify elevated compliance risk.
6. User responsibilities
- You must comply with all laws and reporting duties in your jurisdiction.
- You must not use the service to conceal or move illicit funds.
- You must provide truthful information when contacting support.
7. Law-enforcement cooperation
Where legally required, we cooperate with competent authorities. Our ability to provide data is limited to information we actually collect and retain.
8. Policy updates
This policy may be updated to reflect legal, technical, or risk-management changes.
